Four Manhattan Beach police officers were recently recognized by Mothers Against Drunk Driving and the Los Angeles County AVOID Coalition for their "hard work and commitment in targeting drunk drivers." MBPD officers Dave Caveney, Jesse Garcia, David Gibbons and Tony Presgraves received the distinction.
