Rita Bailey named 'Duchess of Paducah'

Paducah Mayor Gayle Kaler presented a certificate and title of "Duchess of Paducah" to Rita Bailey at the Paducah City Commission meeting Tuesday, April 9. Bailey earned the honor for her work with Lourdes Hospital, the hospital's Relay For Life team and the "Dancing With Our Stars" fundraiser for the American Cancer Society.
